How long does approval take?
Most companies are reviewed within one to two business days. You'll get an email as soon as your account is approved.
Will HIRENOVA always be free?
If paid plans are ever introduced, existing companies will be notified well in advance. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. The AI scores and ranks applicants to save your team time, but your hiring team always makes the final decision.
